Cosmic Ab Workout
1. Stellar Crunches
Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
Place your hands behind your head.
Lift your upper body towards your knees while keeping your lower back pressed into the floor.
Lower back down slowly.
Reps: 15-20
2. Galactic Leg Raises
Lie flat on your back with legs extended and arms at your sides.
Lift your legs to a 90-degree angle while keeping them straight.
Slowly lower them back down without letting them touch the floor.
Reps: 12-15
3. Meteorite Plank
Start in a forearm plank position with elbows directly under your shoulders and body in a straight line.
Engage your core and hold the position.
Time: 30-60 seconds
4. Nebula Bicycle Crunches
Lie on your back with hands behind your head and legs lifted, bent at a 90-degree angle.
Bring one knee towards your chest while twisting your torso to bring the opposite elbow towards that knee.
Alternate sides in a pedaling motion.
Reps: 15-20 per side
5. Astronaut Sit-Ups
Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat.
Extend your arms straight above your head.
Perform a traditional sit-up while reaching your hands towards your toes.
Reps: 15-20
6. Cosmic Russian Twists
Sit on the floor with knees bent and feet lifted off the ground.
Lean back slightly and clasp your hands together.
Rotate your torso to the right, then to the left, while keeping your core engaged.
Reps: 20-30 (10-15 per side)
Cool Down:
Finish with a gentle stretch, such as a Cobra stretch or Child's Pose, to relax your abdominal muscles.
